I offer you the recipe of baked fish with a gorgeous mozzarella. The dish turns out very tasty and juicy! Be sure to try to cook.

Mackerel, cut on the ridge to avoid cutting the abdomen. With scissors, cut the bone at the base of the head and the tail. Remove the intestines and wash the fish.

For the filling, I used the rice "MISTRAL Kuban". Cook the rice for 10 mins until soft.

Broccoli fry together with the onion and mix with rice, add sour cream and sliced mozzarella, sprinkle with salt and pepper. With this stuffing fill the cavity of fish, wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees for 25 min.

Fry the beans for 15 minutes and fill her with cream sauce. For the sauce: flour fry in a dry pan. Pour into a mug, add water, sour cream and stir until smooth.
