Cooking
Prepare all the necessary products. Rice rinse and cover in cold salted water with oil (1-2 tbsp), bring to the boil and cook on a slow fire until tender. The amount of water in a saucepan, needs to be 2 times greater than the volume of the rice (half a Cup of rice a glass of water).
Cooking with the lid closed. Once the water has fully evaporated, the rice is ready.
The fish is cleaned, cut into fillets, remove the bones. The skin is not cut.
Season with salt and pepper, marinate in lemon juice and soy sauce. For the marinade take 2-3 tbsp soy sauce + equal amount of lemon juice.
Bell pepper finely chopped, lightly fry in butter (1-2 minutes)
Prepare the lemon oil from lemon peel, adding a teaspoon of lemon juice and a little chopped parsley.
Protein lightly beat in a bowl with a fork. Pour into another bowl of Mac. Preheat the pan with olive oil. Dip each piece of fish from the side where the skin protein, then in the Mac. Mac perfectly glued to protein, and not poured off. Delicious crispy crust. The skin of the fish, of course, should be without scales.
Fry on medium heat the first side of the batter for 4 minutes, then flip and cook other side another 3 minutes.
