Meatballs
Variation of meatballs. A large number of ingredients, goes well with each other, these meatballs can be served as a separate dish, and garnish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Figure

    0.333 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Mix of rice "Mistral" boil in water until soft, from the calculation part of figure 2 Castel water (10 minutes after boiling enough)

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped.

Fry in a pan the sliced mushrooms, onions and carrots until soft.

Mix ground beef, sauteed mushrooms, carrots, onions, boiled rice, 2 eggs to bind, add salt and spices according to your taste (the presence and quantity of any spices at your discretion).

From the resulting mass to form balls, roll them in flour.

In water (0.5 l) dissolve 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Put the balls in the pan and pour the sauce. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Meatballs are ready! Can be served as a separate dish with sour cream, fresh herbs and a side dish, I boiled the florets of cauliflower and fried coated in eggs.
