Description
Although the liver is not very festive dish, but this dish is safely possible to cook on the holiday table. In addition, the liver is very useful. And soy sauce, the wine and the grapes give it a unique taste and aroma.

Cooking
Onion peeled, cut into thin half-rings.
In a saucepan fry the onion in sunflower oil, add rosemary, salt and pepper.
Add half of the soy sauce (1 tbsp).
Add to the onions a spoonful of sugar, stir and after 5 minutes, remove from heat.
Perelozhit onion in a bowl and keep warm.
Liver wash, cut into. In the skillet where you prepared the onions, add the sunflower oil, put the liver. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
On a platter arrange the onion.
On the bow spread to the liver.
Place the same skillet and cook 2 minutes, shaking the skillet.
Add the wine (you can take white and red wine) and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Bring to boil, collecting the entire emitted juice. Seasoned with salt, pepper.
Pour the sauce over the liver with onions.
