Christmas cake
Why Christmas? Because decorated with snowflakes "Dr. Oetker" and turned on the Christmas table. And cooked very easily and quickly.

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cocoa powder

  • Condensed milk

Sponge cake can be cooked in any of your recipe. I like chocolate potatoes, so I the dough add the cocoa. Mix the baking powder, cocoa and flour. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the dry mixture and knead the dough. Baked in the form of detachable 40 minutes at temperature of 180 gr.

The cake to cool. It is better to bake the day before.

Shred cake into crumbs in a food processor. A little delayed topping.

Butter whisk. Continuing to whisk, small portions add condensed milk. If the sponge cake turned out dry, add a little whipped cream.
