Skewers of liver with fat tail
These skewers from my family - favorite dish, but for me - a lifesaver. When you need to cook dinner or to surprise guests, and in nature they are particularly good. Try it, you won't regret it.

Ingredients

  • Liver of lamb

    300 g

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

Ingredients: Liver of lamb or horse meat (beef turns out tough and bitter pork) - 300 g fresh Rump - 150 g Garlic - 6-7 tooth. Salt and seasonings (any, your choice).

Wash out the liver and remove the foil. Cut into small pieces approximately 4 cm.

Rump cut into thin and small pieces.

The tail is connected with the liver, sprinkle with salt and pour the seasoning, the WHOLE PACK - NOT REGRET. Garlic on a fine grater (optional). Marinate 10 min.

Included oven at maximum power; I - 250 C (wait until warm). The liver and the rump, alternating, strung on skewers. And put into the oven for 10 min; upon expiration, turn over and leave for another 5 min.

How to understand what barbecue is ready? Very simple: the fat tail, melted and turn into a beautiful Schrock. Bon appetit!
