Pumpkin with beans
The recipe comes from the book "secrets of the hospitable". Only slightly tweaked by me. Because after cooking for the original recipe I had to make adjustments. The food is not expensive, though simple, but interesting to taste.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    0.5 cup

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

Beans soak for swelling

Boil (I'm sorry, I have a little overcooked, distracted) almost ready

Pumpkin cut into cubes, but not very finely

Finely chop the onion, add to pot in which to preheat the butter.

Fry the onions until clear, add the chopped pumpkin.

Cover with water so that the water does not exceed the level of the pumpkin. Even less water. Close the lid and cook until almost cooked on medium heat.

Add the cooked beans, boil until fully cooked.
