Beans in Greek
A dish native to Greece. Very tasty and healthy dish. Even if you don't like beans, I advise you to try - you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Sausages

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    150 g

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

Rinse the beans, pour water, add salt and boil - preferably in a pressure cooker.

While cooking the beans, fry the sausages until Golden brown.

Lay off them aside.

In the same oil fry the onion,garlic,

add chopped tomatoes, fry a little,

add ketchup and tomato juice,

pour the wine,

add the spices, salt and chopped olives and leave to simmer under a lid for 15 min on low heat. Remove from the heat, our sauce is ready.

Semi-beans remove from heat and merge with it. Add in beans, sauce, olive oil and 1 tbsp. water and put on slow fire for 20 minutes.

Now proceed to serving. Cut sausage slices, feta - squares. Spread the beans in a bowl, on top add the feta and sausage. Bon appetit!
