Sauté onions, peppers and tomatoes.
The eggplant spread in a saucepan.
From above to lay zazharku. Pour water, season with salt and pepper. Add sugar, vinegar and Bay leaf. Simmer for 20 minutes. To serve as a cold appetizer.
