Rustic potato cake with mushrooms
Frosty November evening I wanted to treat my family with homemade cakes. In the end, after my improvisation came to light soft cake with fried mushrooms, and the apartment was filled with fragrance and warmth.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Slice the mushrooms and fry with onions. Boil potatoes, mash and season with salt. Mix well.

Add eggs, flour.

In a pan, greased, lay out the ground, leveled. I got 2 pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. 10 minutes after put it in the oven, brush top of cake with oil.
