Dessert
Nectarine and pumpkin is an interesting combination. Try some delicious, autumnal, bright, dessert.

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Nectarine

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    170 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Purified pumpkin cut into slices, boil in little water until soft.

While cooking the pumpkin, cook the other ingredients of the dessert. Nectarine cut into cubes, put in a saucepan, add the 1/2 Cup drinking water and brown sugar. Saute for 5-7 minutes.

Soft cottage cheese mix with sugar powder.

From the pumpkin to drain the water, blend. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and Sweet soy sauce TM Kikkoman, mix well. Then to the mashed pumpkin add the cooked nectarine, mix well.

For dessert it is better to take a chocolate biscuit. I had a small piece of biscuit cake. You can bake the biscuit (cake) in the microwave (on the website a lot of recipes these quick biscuits). The dessert spread in layers in a bowl: 1 tbsp nectarines pumpkin puree, biscuit, sliced/torn into small pieces; - curds; - nectarines-pumpkin puree. Then repeat layers again. Before serving let stand in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
