Rice with fish and pickled lemons
The family Council it was decided to introduce a once a week "fish day". Fried fish, baked fish... and then my fantasy ended. What to do? Decided to experiment and not a drop has not regretted! Now this dish has become one of the favorite options for cooking rice. To call it a pilaf would be not quite right, and the risotto even more. Recommend as a quick and tasty dinner.

Any convenient method of sliced fish, onions, garlic and lemons. Rice wash thoroughly.

Onions and garlic are lightly fried, add the fish, heat a few minutes. When the fish is "grab", add the lemons and spices.

Now a little about the rice. Rice, like any other grain, must be prepared to the maximum for a couple. The optimum proportion of 4 parts rice to 5 parts water. But it requires one important condition: you must have a tight fitting lid, to avoid missing a single drop of precious couple! Try to observe it :) the fish put rice and pour hot (!) water. At this stage you can add few salt. Pan to close tight lid. As a variant I suggest to close foil and the top has a lid. Include the peaceful fire. After 12 minutes turn off the fire and give the rice another 15 minutes to "steam". It is important not to open the lid! Otherwise, the steam will be released and the rice will remain uncooked.
