Pilaf with chickpeas and prunes
Delicious and healthy pilaf.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    400 ml

  • Carrots

    120 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Prunes

    12 piece

  • Chickpeas

    180 g

  • Spices

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

Cooking

Chickpeas soak overnight in water. Boil until tender. Onions, carrots and prunes cut into strips.

Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

Add the rice, salt, spices. Stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, chickpeas, prunes, garlic. Mix well.

Cover with water. Mix well. Cover with a lid. Cook until the rice absorbs all the water.

Pilaf is ready.

Stir and arrange on plates.
