Meatballs with mushrooms and onion sauce
After the holiday from "Olivier" left cooked vegetables in the fridge were fresh mushrooms, and in the idea of "What to cook for dinner?" so there were the meatballs and the sauce was a very nice addition.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes and carrots to RUB on a small grater. Mushrooms finely chopped (the smaller the better), fry in nepolnom quantity of vegetable oil with the finely cut onions. Combine with vegetables. Add the egg, salt, pepper and flour.

Knead into a homogeneous mass, with wet hands divide into equal pieces, roll into balls.

To form the meatballs, and breaded in breadcrumbs.

Fry like regular burgers, until Golden brown.

For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup, add chopped green onion, salt and pepper to taste. If you don't like onions, you can substitute garlic or a mix of dill and parsley.

Lay on lettuce leaves, pour over sauce and eat! Bon appetit!
