Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Nori

    2 pack

Cooking

1. Eggs, cheese, soy sauce, black pepper (optional) mix in a bowl.

2. Finely chop bacon and avocado (avocado blackens quickly, so it cut later).

3. To put the ready boiled rice in a plate, sprinkle with seaweed.

4. Fry in the bacon pan with butter.

5. To turn off the stove and wait a few minutes until the pan is slightly cool. Pour into the pan with the egg mixture and stir until slightly thickened.

6. Add avocados. Mix well. Spread on the rice.
