Description
The child was asked to bake a gingerbread man - I had to think of what was. And there was cheese and a little bit of everything. And so it happened with this recipe. If we assume that everything with spices and under the frosting, then the cookie is gingerbread. Essentially, it's a biscuit, and airy at all like scones. But this is one of the best recipes with cheese for me. In the moulding of the balls attended by the children, so that the ideal shape did not work, (but it turned out great fun for children). I recommend you roll a sausage and cut into exactly the same washers. The icing can make yourself, what You like - I just had a bag of ready marzipan icing. Try it, it's delicious!

Cooking
Sift the flour with the baking powder, and grate the cold butter, periodically dipping it in flour, a little bit to RUB the mixture with hands until butter crumbles.
Stir sour cream, baking soda, sugar and egg add to the oil the crumb, add all the spices.
If the cheese grainy, as I have, that to break it with blender (or RUB through a sieve)
Quickly knead the dough until it had time to heat up. Roll into a ball and place in the fridge for half an hour.
Next, moldable plastic (as I wrote, I was engaged in children), and bake at 180 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. The readiness check skewer. Rosy that's what happened to me.
Ready glaze dilute according to the instructions on the package. You can just make a glaze of powdered sugar and milk, or protein or sugar, or any other frosting at Your discretion.
Cover the cakes with icing - I was engaged in the son, at the same time a little glazed son.
And here is how they look on the rift is very lush and very tender it turned out. Well and very tasty. The cheese in this pastry is almost not felt, but rather gives an interesting texture and a pleasant sour tinge to the taste. Very tasty, would highly recommend to try!
