Mix the sour cream with baking soda, put aside.

In a heatproof bowl, combine soft butter, honey and sugar. Put in a water bath and heat while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Honey I put about 380 g, because it is not calculated its reserves.

Remove mixture from the heat, add the eggs and flour, knead the dough. I took 3 large eggs.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and bake it in turns at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. I drew on the reverse side of the parchment rounds 24 cm in diameter, turned the sheet and spoon the dough is distributed inside the circle. I took portions of approximately 150 g and I got 8 cakes. Baked 12 minutes.
