Cake
If you want to impress guests and home not only their culinary skills but also a sense of humor, prepare this dessert! It is invented by the confectioners of one of St. Petersburg's restaurants and is the most photographed dessert. The recipe I picked up from culinary bloggers Alex&Milana, for which they thank you!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

  • Dark chocolate

  • Vegetable oil

Cake you can bake according to your favorite recipe or use mine. It is really easy. Softened at room temperature butter (I TM"Ekomilk")mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

Stir in the eggs one by one, each time after adding the eggs beating well, better with a mixer, but you can just whisk.

Flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder and gradually sift into the egg-butter mass, mixing thoroughly. The dough should have the consistency of thick cream.

Bake at 180 deg. about 20 min. to dry the sample on a toothpick. Ready cake cool on a wire rack and let it lie there for a few hours. I left for the night, no covering.

Make a flower pot. You can use the cups from foil (sold in pastry shops). You can make your own. In a suitable sized glass put the foil and carefully press down along the walls, grease the foil with vegetable oil.

Chocolate melt in a water bath. It is advisable to take chocolate with good fluidity, if it's not, add vegetable oil. Pour the melted chocolate into the bottom of a glass, tilt the glass and rotate around its axis, evenly distributing. To make the flowers. You can cook them in the mastic, I'm not able to work, so did the recipe from the "Cook" ("Rose candy", the author of the Sweet dessert deleted).
