Quite a simple dish, inspired by Indian cuisine and Indian cinema: tender Turkey, juicy apples and a fabulous curry sauce with coconut flakes.

Cooking
In this photo presents the main ingredients.
Turkey fillet wash and cut into medium pieces. Add salt to taste and fry in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil until white .
Apple cleaned from the core (skin not removed) and together with the tomatoes cut into "polutorki", which size should be approximately equal to the slices of Turkey.
Place in a bowl roasted Turkey, Apple and tomato. Sprinkle with curry and garam masala. Put all in the frying pan where we fried the Turkey.
Coconut stir in warm water and fill with the mixture the contents of the pan.
Cook on high heat without a lid for 15-20 minutes. The dish is boiling and the sauce evaporate a bit.
The finished dish pass on dish watering coconut-spicy sauce. Served hot.
