Cooking
Heat the milk, dissolve in it the sugar, add the yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes for yeast to "earned" (i.e., on the surface of the milk foam from the yeast).
Add to yeast mixture, egg, salt, margarine, cut in pieces, and (gradually) the sifted flour.
First mix better with a mixer, but when the going gets tough, put the dough on a floured table and knead. The batter should be smooth and not stick to hands.
Roll the dough into a ball and put in a pan greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and put for one hour in a warm place.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Nuts to mash these in a mortar.
Melt butter, add sugar, nuts, water and a little boil until the liquid is evaporated. Remove from heat,add condensed milk, stir and allow to cool.
Approaching the dough out, divide in two, roll out, cut a circle (I do this with a simple lid from the pan). To divide a circle into eight equal parts.
On the wide edge to put the stuffing, fold rolls.
Spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
Mix milk with egg yolk and brush this mixture of products.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Very tasty turned!
