Biscuit with hazelnut strasheim
Dear Cooks, I propose to cook a delicious biscuit with apples and pears a crunchy nutty strategem. Pie the next day even tastier. The dough is very pleasant to work with. Help yourself!

In the bowl of a blender mix the flour, salt, diced butter until coarse crumbs. Pour into ice water.
