Cooking
Almond grind in a blender. To prepare semolina. To combine semolina with nuts.
Melt the butter in a pan, add manno-nut mixture.
Fry it until Golden brown.
Make syrup of 2 cups water and 1 Cup sugar. Add vanilla, citrus juice, cinnamon and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Pour syrup roasted manno-nut mixture, quickly stir and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
The mould grease with vegetable oil and put the paste. The surface is smooth and cool. Flip on a flat dish.
To serve, cut into pieces.
