Chocolate-cherry cake
A delicate cake for the favorite!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pinch

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    15 g

  • Juice

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the test. Beat egg with sugar.

Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to egg mixture and stir with a spatula.

Put the dough in a greased silicone molds and send in the oven heated to 150 gr., for 20 minutes.

Ready brownies cut in half.

1 for jelly soak gelatin in cold water (2 tbsp.) to swell for 30-60 min. Heated in a water bath until complete dissolution and mix with yogurt.

Halves spread in the form.

Pour 1/2 jelly 1. And put them in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.

Take out of the freezer and spread second half.

In the remaining yoghurt jelly grate the chocolate and stir.

Pour into molds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

For the jelly 2 gelatine soaked in cold water (2 tbsp.) to swell for 30-60 min. Heated in a water bath until complete dissolution and mixing it with juice. Pour to the brim of the form and put into the fridge until fully cured, but preferably overnight.
