Description

German nut
I suggest you make a tender, crumbly cake, with a pronounced nutty flavor. This cupcake is my virtual gift to Svatula (Svetttttt) for the spring holiday on March 8.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Starch

    25 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    115 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    115 g

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy state.

In a separate container mix the sifted with the baking powder and the starch in the flour, cocoa and allspice.

Continuing to whisk oil, one to enter eggs, each time adding 1 tbsp of flour mixture.

Add remaining flour mixture, ground hazelnuts and coffee. Mix well.

Put the dough in a greased and floured form (diameter 19 cm). The silicone form I don't lubricate. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes (until dry splinter) at t 180'C

The finished cake to rest in the form of 10 minutes, then put on the grill and fully cool.
