Cooking
0,5 chicken cut into pieces. Squeeze the juice of 0.5 a lemon and the zest grated. Marinate the chicken in lemon juice and zest for about 20-30 minutes.
The chicken thoroughly dry with paper towels.
Mix the flour with the powder of sweet red paprika.
Chicken salt and pepper and then roll in mixture of flour and paprika, lightly tamping it on the chicken.
Fry in olive oil until it will turn brown.
B lemon juice-marinade mix 1 tsp sugar and broth, salt and pepper.
Fried chicken put in a baking dish, sprinkle Italian (or olive) with herbs.
Pour the lemon-broth mixture
And bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-30 min., 1 times while turning.
