Lentil burgers
Crispy patties of beans

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

The lentils add the boiling water, add salt and cook for 25 minutes.

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. To the onions add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

The lentils, drain, cool, transfer to a bowl. To it add the onion-tomato mixture, grated on a coarse grater cheese, egg, finely chopped dill and flour. Season with salt and pepper.

From the resulting mass to dazzle small cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry on the heated pan in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side.
