Description

Cheese-graviola lemon souffle with berries in the micro
Of course, for many a souffle in the microwave - not new... like Cheesecake, puddings and even cheesecakes have long learned to cook in it. But by making this casserole soufflé, I decided to share with you my recipe because souffles loved mom. I hope you will like it too...

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

  • Raisins

  • Berry

Cooking

step-0
Mix the eggs with sugar or condensed milk. If you want airy souffle, it is better to whisk the egg whites with sugar (or with a pinch of salt/lim. acid, if you're doing with condensed milk) separately, and to yolks add everything and at the end of the protein foam. (Honestly, my mom was sleeping, and in order not to Wake her, I didn't use blender. Therefore, I will not rise soufflé, and you still suggest whipping proteins)
step-1
Add the starch. Mix
step-2
Squeeze the juice, +vanilla optional (van. sugar)
step-3
Add sour cream and stir. Base
step-4
Slush molds. 'Wolf' has done to show that the molds I have are quite small, with the palm
step-5
The basis to add raisins, berries, spread into molds
step-6
Bake at 700w 5 minutes!
step-7
Served with berry sauce-the jelly...
step-8
... or just because! Ate!
