Serum (150 ml) heated to 36-40 degrees, then enter the yeast "SAF-MOMENT", add 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour and carefully stir. Then cover with a towel and put the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes.

If You are not able to wait such a long time, you can put the dough in a preheated oven at 30-40 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
For the sauce, peeled tomatoes grind them. Finely chopped onion and garlic saute, add the tomatoes, sugar, salt, black pepper and oregano. Cook until thick. If you take the tomatoes in their own juice, then the salt can not put sugar and add less. The sauce can be prepared the day before or use the ready ones.
So the dough came, and you can fry pancakes.
A frying pan need to take with a thick bottom (I have iron). They need to be heated and to lubricate the brush with vegetable oil. I grease the pan with oil before each pancake.
