Easy to prepare, tender fish pie and cheese can be eaten warm or cold, with tea, coffee and even beer.. (personally I liked)!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    120 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil
