Coffee and beetroot cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

Cooking

Chocolate breaking into small pieces, butter cut into cubes, add the instant coffee. Melt in a water bath, cool.

Beat eggs with sugar until thick foam.

Raw beets grate on medium grater, gently squeeze (the juice can be used for coloring icing).

In the egg-sugar foam to spread the chocolate-butter mixture and beets, mix well.

In the resulting mass enter sifted with baking powder and cocoa flour, knead the dough thin.

Put the dough in the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 30-35 minutes.
