Filler pie with saury
The first recipe I post on this site. So do not judge strictly. The recipe is time-tested, lot of time will not take, and special skills are not required.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Sour cream

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Saira

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Flour, cream, softened margarine, eggs knead the dough. Add salt to taste, soda and remove the dough in the fridge. With saury drain the liquid that we add to the filling, along with sour cream and eggs.

Form grease with oil

Remove dough and put the dough in the form

On the dough spread chopped onion

Next spread mashed with a fork saury

On top pour a mixture of cream, eggs and canning liquid. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180gr. Give a well to cool, otherwise the pie will seem "wet".
