Tart with sauerkraut
Sauerkraut is delicious simply with onions and sunflower oil! And if you cook a tart with sauerkraut, add mushrooms, you get a delicious dish! Today I want to serve You.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Cooking

The mushrooms soak for minimum 2 hours. Finely cut into slices

Onion cut into pieces and fry in sunflower oil. Add the mushrooms, fry

Add squeezed sauerkraut, Salt and pepper. Add the water and under the lid simmer until tender.

Mix all ingredients for dough. The finished dough wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for an hour.

In prepared pan 26 cm spread the dough. Form no oil, but you can grease with butter. Moulded bumpers. The dough to pierce with a fork very often. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
