  • Parsley

  • Dill

Cooking

Boil the rice TM MISTRAL until tender.

Combine rice, mince, parsley and dill, polity and pepper.

In a bowl pour water, add 2st. L. oil and mayonnaise.

Add salt and sugar. Mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough.

The dough is ready.

Roll out small circles to put on 1st. L. filling.

Fold in half. Stung the edge. Deep-fry until Golden color on both sides.
