Burgers trout
Very gentle. We all relished!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Baton

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Crackers

  • Vegetable oil

  • Fat

    50 g

Cooking

Trout cut into pieces, pre-shares for fillet and releasing from the skin.

Mince together with onion and bacon.

A loaf of bread soaked in milk.

Squeeze and add to the fish. Knead the dough well, adding pepper and salt.

Shape the cutlets and coat in breadcrumbs.

Spread on a pan and fry both sides for 3-4 minutes. The meat is very tender, so the cakes are prepared very quickly.
