Sweet tartlets with jam and meringue
Remember favorite slave tarts with jam from your childhood? Tepet you can prepare them yourself. In my recipe I replaced the stuffing: instead of oil - air meringue protein. Treat your loved ones with a taste of childhood!)

Prepare your ingredients:

Let's start with preparing the dough for the tartlets. Mix flour with water and butter.

Knead the dough, sculpt it into a ball and place in the fridge for 30-60min.

At this time let's make meringue. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks, put them all in the bowl and begin whisking at a slow speed using a blender.

After 2 minutes add the speed to medium and beat for 2/3 min and set on high. Whisk until a thick foam. (important! when lifting the whisk, the whites should not dribble, and stretch after him).

Gradually a tablespoon add sugar (it is better to slightly grind the sugar in a coffee grinder). Whisk until the formation of a strong, shiny foam.

Distribute the resulting mass on the molds and put in preheated oven to 150градусов. Reduce the temperature to 100 deg. and bake for 1-1.5 hours
