Gobush gentle in foil
Very tasty fish recipe. The fish is very tender and melts in your mouth, and the cheese sauce will make this dish spicy and special.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

  • Flour

Make a marinade for fish: mayonnaise, spices, salt, pepper. Squeezing 1 lemon, add to the marinade, cut the second lemon slices. Coat fish, inside and on top lay slices of lemon and leave to marinate either overnight or for 2 hours.

Marinate the fish put on the foil and wrap to avoid holes.

In the oven for 30 min. after the time to get the fish, open the foil, put the slices of cheese and another 10 min in the oven.

Make the fish sauce: fry flour, pour in gradually the water, stir, add spices for fish, at the end add the grated cheese, quite a lot. Quickly stir so the cheese is melted. The sauce is ready. If the sauce is thick, dilute it with boiling water.

The sauce served with the fish, cut a piece of fish and dip into the sauce... yummy!!!!!!!
