Kebab
A very simple recipe for a quick and delicious kebab

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2.5 kg

  • Pork neck

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Dill

    3 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Onion

    2 kg

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vodka

    50 ml

Cooking

Then salt and pepper mixed, chopped meat,

liberally RUB the meat with the mixture

grind Bay leaf, greens

chopped onion, add it to the meat not immediately but a few hours before cooking otherwise it will smell of meat, onions like a weird smell after 2-3 hours of meat, and well, it seems not so perishable (suggested one chef). And of course a glass of vodka - not in yourself, and skewers
