Buds with cheese sauce
I generally don't like offal, but you have to cook:-) Homemade like, and even for the fussiest of eaters such as me, the dish was edible))

Ingredients

  • Kidney

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

The kidneys cut in small pieces and soak for 3-4 hours in milk to get rid of the smell, then put it in the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Fry for 7-10 minutes and put in pan.

Fill with water and add sour cream.

Cut onions, three carrots and garlic on a small grater.

Put onion in the frying pan, when browned - add garlic and carrots.

Three grated tomatoes and add to the onions and carrots, simmer for a few minutes, salt, pepper, add a mixture of herbs and put all in a saucepan with the kidneys.

Three on a small grater, processed cheese and add to the sauce. Simmer 25-30 minutes.
