Pasta with mushrooms, leeks, cream and cheese
We women should pamper themselves once in the week with pasta!!! So I decided to play around =)it Turns out rich in calories, but Sooooo tasty (without false modesty =))

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 coup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

Two kinds of onion peel and finely chop. Green hot pepper remove seeds and finely chop half rings. In a deep frying pan melt butter, add olive and sauté onions and peppers until they become Golden. Thus it is necessary to stir constantly.

Mushrooms thoroughly wash and cut into cubes. Add to the onions and simmer until then, until you evaporate all the liquid.
