Heat a small pan, add a little vegetable oil. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough on one crepe and cook on LOW heat for 2 minutes on each side.
It is desirable to make crepes with a size of about 10-12 cm in diameter.
Serve the crepes hot or warm, alone or with creme fraiche, or sour cream, or with fresh salmon. Very tender and very tasty!
