Spring has come... Bloomed flowers, and my garden has grown nettles, although I have not planted. Here with her always, no one sits down, and she will take and grow. It's all the ingredients that You will need. Stale loaf cut into cubes. Boiled and smoked meat is also cut into cubes. Finely polarizat washed nettle leaves.

Eggs separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites to a froth. Baton pour the milk and leave to soften. If not enough liquid, add broth. Enter the egg yolks, meat, nettle. Season with salt and pepper, add the marjoram and nutmeg (or without them). In the end add whipped whites and gently stir.

To smear the form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour and put the contents. I got 2 forms. On top lay the pieces of butter. Bake in the oven 200 degrees for about 40-60 minutes until tender.
