Cupcakes
Be very gentle, chocolate cupcakes with caramel inside. Caramel can be any. Cooking is very simple, and it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Cola

    125 ml

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Cola

    20 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Caramel

    12 piece

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

In a large bowl sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and add sugar. Carefully mix the dry mixture.

Melt butter margarine (or butter), cool down a bit and enter into the dry mixture. Mix well.

Add the chicken eggs. Mix well.

Then slowly pour Coca-Cola, stir briskly.

Beat chocolate with mixer.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 of the test volume. Put in the middle of each cupcake caramel. I have caramel fruit. Best caramel sour. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cupcakes 30 minutes.

For the GLAZE: mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually add 3 tsp of Coca-Cola and 2 tsp of lemon juice. Stir well coating, it should be thick. It can slightly warm up, ~ 5 seconds. in the microwave.

To put frosting on hot cupcakes. Prepared and cooled cupcakes sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate drops. I really drops sprinkled on warm glaze and they've been well melted, but the taste is not affected, only the photo. Bon appetit!
