Meat salad with pineapple
The last time overcomes me a passion for pineapples...

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Meat to discourage, salt and pepper and lightly fry on both sides, reduce the heat. The covered meat "fur COAT": 1 layer carrots, sliced, 2 layer - zucchini, cut into strips

3 layer - pineapple spread on top, salt, pepper

4th layer - onions, cut into rings

5 layer - mushrooms

A final layer of tomatoes cut into rings, again sprinkle with salt-pepper and close the lid. Simmer for 40 minutes on medium heat.

Ready = meat under a fur coat with the pineapple!
