Baked fish with herbs (rosemary)
You already had dinner? And here we are. Decided to treat You to a grilled mackerel with herbs. The idea is not new, but the Ideas are not new, or modified, or recycled, or stolen. In our case finalized.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

To prepare the fish, gut it, cut the bone (in my case behind me in the supermarket), put on a baking sheet (I'm lazy, so I used foil, not to wash the pan) greased with vegetable/olive oil.

Garlic peel and crush through a press, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and chopped herbs - mix well.

Neat and beautiful, apply this mixture on our beautiful, put a sprig of rosemary, like so.

We collect our beauty and put into the oven for 20-30 minutes with temperatures 180 degrees Celsius (you can cover the fish with foil, will be even juicier, love the crust - not cover)
