Description

Stew
A spicy dish of vegetables and mushrooms, original taste gives him the radicchio Rosso. Suitable for fasting, and hence to the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Asparagus

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Mushrooms wash, peel, cut in half, put in a pan and stew in a little water for 5 minutes, then drain the water (in some capacity), after which the mushrooms are lightly fried in vegetable oil.

Asparagus wash, lightly peel and boil a few minutes in boiling salted water.

Chop the radicchio Rosso as a normal cabbage.

To the mushrooms add the chopped onion half rings, fry until transparent onion. Then add radicchio and lightly fry.

Pour a small amount of mushroom broth, add the chopped asparagus, tomato ketchup, salt to taste and sauté for a bit more.
