Honey Easter cake-Easter cake
Airy, fluffy, flavored cupcake with a honey-sour cream on top. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

I must say - I did half portions so when the milk is heated, add 3-4 tbsp of flour, pour the yeast "SAF-moment", to mix. And wait for the bubbles

To the remaining flour add the washed and steamed raisins and zest, mix well

Beat the eggs lightly whisk with honey and butter

In the flour with the raisins and zest add the egg mixture, add the salt and yeast dough

Knead the dough. It should stick to hands. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 3-4 hours. During this time a spoon to press down 2 times. Flour to add!

Bake better in the same form in which it will serve. I have a ceramic mold 20*20cm. Grease it with oil, spread the dough. Give up the dough in the form almost to the brim (not reaching 1 cm) and put in a warm oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
