Hepatic pancakes
Hepatic pancakes with mushroom julienne. Recipe from TM Oleina.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver skip through Mincer or grind in a blender. Added to liver eggs, flour, starch, milk, salt and pepper in that order. Beat with a blender. Add the vegetable oil "Oleina classic". Stir.

Fry in vegetable oil "Oleyna crisp" thin pancakes.

For the filling, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater, fry in vegetable oil "Oleina classic" until soft. Add sliced mushrooms and fry until all the liquid is evaporated (about 10 minutes), let cool.

Add the grated cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Hot pancakes grease filling and roll up jelly roll. Cut diagonally in half.
