Hearty family dinner
Inspired by the recipe "Fish in mushroom sauce", I decided to try this with chicken, with some deviations from the original and with their innovations. It turned out very tasty and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

Sprinkle the pan with spices (salt, pepper, ginger), pour oil

Grind onions and fry in oil with spices

Add the chopped slices mushrooms, simmer until the liquid is evaporated

Pour in the yogurt and simmer for another 10 minutes

Fry in butter+salt, pepper

Put in refractory form mushrooms and chicken, stir. We put for 10-15 minutes in oven preheated to 170 degrees, to evaporate excess liquid.

Now prepare the dough for tortillas, which will be a good addition to the sauce. Mix the flour, salt, egg, buttermilk, and knead the dough (the amount given "by eye")

Ready to roll out the dough and with a glass cut out circles. In boiling and salted water, pour a teaspoon of oil and throw the cakes to cook them.
