  • Rice flour

  • Bird cherry flour

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cream

Prepare the necessary products.

Separately mix the dry ingredients, rice flour, bird cherry flour, baking powder and bran.

And on top of sift flour mixture, mix well. If the dough will be too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt or kefir.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Molds for muffins grease with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina, put the dough on 2/3 of the height. Bake 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished muffins to cool.
