Sea bass with ham
Very delicious fish with a side dish, with a slightly smoked taste.

Ingredients

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Grouper

    1 kg

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Crumb bread

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and a little pepper.

To cut the fish, put in the form, coat on all sides with the mixture, cover and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Boil potatoes, cut into slices or cubes. Cut the ham into thin slices.

Put the marinade into another bowl, and between the pieces of fish to put on slices of ham.

Put potatoes on top of fish and ham. And in the remaining marinade add the parsley.

Cut into slices olives, spread on the potatoes, pour the marinade and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked.
